We are happy to offer you our service and support services to help you as quickly and competently as possible. The response time of our employees depends on the malfunction and the availability.

We will be happy to check and analyze your request in a first step to the following extent free of charge

- Checking the request and consulting the responsible specialist
- Inquiries in case of ambiguities and missing information
- free support up to 30 min by phone and by mail

We offer further support to the following extent for a fee

- In-depth analysis
- Telephone support in German and English at a landline rate (included in the hourly rate)
- E-mail support and instructions
- Remote maintenance tools (where possible)
- Documentation and software maintenance / logbook management


- We charge per ¼ h or part thereof: per hour CHF 180 / € 160 excl. VAT.
- Remote maintenance tool: we charge per ¼ h or part thereof: per hour CHF 150 / € 130 excl. VAT.

Comprehensive additional offers

- Repairs of components at our suppliers or at our premises
- Exchange deliveries

- On-site inspection and maintenance
- Training

What do you have to do when you receive this document?

- Without your immediate written feedback you agree to the billing of our services
- Ideally, in the next step, you will provide us with your billing address and order number, if applicable. Otherwise, invoicing will be sent to your contact details.
